Terms of Service

These terms define how creators, editors, and teams can use QuickTube across trials, subscriptions, integrations, and collaborative video workflows.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of QuickTube, including our website, creator workspace, editor workspace, video review tools, integrations, billing flows, and related services.

By creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting a YouTube channel, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using QuickTube, you agree to these Terms. If you use QuickTube on behalf of a company, creator, agency, or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The QuickTube Service

QuickTube helps YouTube creators and editing teams manage channels, projects, uploaded media, review feedback, editor handoff, metadata preparation, analytics, notifications, and publishing workflows.

QuickTube is an active SaaS product. Features may change, improve, pause, or be discontinued as we learn from users, maintain reliability, comply with platform requirements, or adjust the product direction.

3. Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your login methods, and all activity under your account or workspace.

Creator workspace owners control connected channels, projects, editor invitations, billing, and workspace access. Editors and collaborators may access only the workspaces and materials made available to them.

Do not share account credentials. Invite collaborators through QuickTube instead of sharing passwords, Google accounts, YouTube channel credentials, or payment accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use QuickTube to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware, abuse the service, bypass limits, probe security systems, scrape data without permission, send spam, harass others, or interfere with other users.

You are responsible for the videos, metadata, files, comments, messages, and other content you upload or submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in QuickTube and publish it to connected platforms.

We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe an account, workspace, file, integration, or activity violates these Terms, creates legal risk, threatens security, or may harm QuickTube, users, providers, or third parties.

5. YouTube And Third-Party Integrations

QuickTube integrates with services such as Google/YouTube, Slack, WhatsApp/Meta, Polar, cloud storage, email, hosting, database, media processing, analytics, and issue-reporting providers.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize QuickTube to access and use that service as needed to provide the requested features. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms and policies.

For YouTube-connected features, you agree that your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube may change, limit, or revoke API access, and QuickTube is not responsible for third-party platform outages or policy changes.

6. Plans, Trials, Billing, And Taxes

QuickTube may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, annual plans, monthly plans, add-ons, usage limits, and promotional offers. Plan features, prices, limits, and availability may change over time.

If a plan includes a free trial, you can evaluate QuickTube during the trial period. Unless the checkout flow says otherwise, billing begins when the trial ends and the subscription starts.

Payments, invoices, taxes, payment methods, billing details, and some subscription-management flows may be handled by Polar as our merchant of record or payment provider. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the recurring charges shown during checkout.

If payment fails, a subscription is canceled, a trial ends, or billing cannot be verified, QuickTube may pause new uploads, publishing, collaboration actions, premium features, or other paid capabilities while keeping existing workspace data visible in a limited or read-only state where practical.

7. Cancellation And Refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is revoked, refunded, terminated for cause, or otherwise ended earlier by the billing provider or QuickTube.

Because QuickTube offers a 7-day trial on eligible plans, payments after the trial are generally non-refundable. We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, verified technical issues, or other exceptional cases at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, may be full or partial and may be processed by Polar. Provider fees, taxes, exchange-rate effects, bank fees, or other third-party charges may not always be recoverable by QuickTube.

8. Ownership And License

You keep ownership of the content you upload or submit to QuickTube. You grant QuickTube a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

QuickTube owns the product, software, design, brand, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any QuickTube intellectual property rights to you.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not treat private workspace content as public product feedback unless you clearly authorize us to do so.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using QuickTube, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep QuickTube reliable, but the service is provided on an evolving basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, bugs, third-party failures, security work, API limits, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical source files, exported deliverables, account credentials, and business records. QuickTube should not be your only copy of important media or business data.

11. Disclaimers

QuickTube is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and guaranteed business outcomes.

QuickTube does not guarantee YouTube growth, revenue, views, publishing success, analytics accuracy from third-party APIs, editor performance, or acceptance by any platform.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuickTube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, platform penalties, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuickTube's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to QuickTube for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if you did not pay QuickTube during that period.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold QuickTube harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your workspace activity, your use of connected services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using QuickTube at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, abuse the service, or if we discontinue the service.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require a different result. Courts in India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as QuickTube evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above, posting an in-product notice, or asking users to accept updated terms where appropriate.

If you continue using QuickTube after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
